Our Mission

At CCC, our mission is to make an impact by providing an exceptional childcare service that features a safe, loving, developmentally appropriate, and Godly learning atmosphere. We strive to aid each child in all areas of development, including physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual. As Proverbs 22:6 of the Bible says, “Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Our Enrollment Procedures

Step 1

Complete the pre-enrollment registration form and mail or deliver payment of $75.00 registration fee to CCC. The pre-enrollment registration fee is nonrefundable. A link to the pre-registration form is available on the bottom of this page. Once your pre-registration form is received, you will receive an email informing you that your child has been placed on the waitlist. Once you have received this email, please proceed to step 2.

Once the email is received. Parents should respond to the email or call to schedule a tour of the center. Tours are available from 9am -11am Tuesday-Friday during the school year, with additional availability during the summer. Parents should bring any children they are interested in enrolling to this tour. During this time, parents are encouraged to share information about their child(ren), ask questions and will get an opportunity to meet the teachers. Enrollment is currently full at CCC. A tour does not guarantee placement. Once a spot becomes available for your child or children our enrollment specialist will reach out to you either over the phone or via email.

Step 3

Once a parent is notified that a spot is available. The parent should bring their child with them to the pre-enrollment conference, this will be scheduled with the enrollment specialist. This will give the child an opportunity to meet the teachers and other children in the class. During the pre-enrollment conference, parents are encouraged to share information about their child, voice their expectations on what they want to experience from the program, and ask questions. Upon return of the completed application and confirmation of enrollment into the program, the enrollment specialist or Director will go over the contract and payment options. The first week’s tuition will be due at this time. All tuition is due on Monday, the week of service. However, if payment is not paid before 9:00 AM on Tuesday, it is considered late and you will be charged a $25 late fee.

Step 4

Parents/Guardians must also submit a current immunization record of their child no later than the first day of enrollment. Immunization reports are required as the child receives updates. It is the responsibility of the parent to report to the office any change of address, telephone numbers (home or work), employment, emergency contact person, and medical information. Parents/Guardians must also download and have access to the Brightwheel Application to allow for streamline communication.
